How to delete your Sky Trade account

You can delete your Sky Trade account yourself in Profile. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, so it only works once your real money is out and nothing is still in progress. Here is what to do first, how to delete, and what happens afterwards.

Before you delete: withdraw your money

The platform will not delete an account that still holds real funds or unfinished business. All of these must be true:

• your real balance is zero;
• you have no open real trades;
• you have no pending withdrawal requests.

So the order is: wait for any open trades to expire, withdraw your balance, and wait until every withdrawal request is paid (or rejected and returned, then withdrawn again). Withdrawals are reviewed manually and there is no promised processing time — see how withdrawals work.

What about an active bonus?

With an active bonus you can withdraw your balance minus the bonus. To withdraw everything, you would have to give up the bonus first. Details in bonuses and promo codes.

The demo account

Your demo balance is virtual money. It does not need to be zero and it is not paid out.

How to delete the account

1. Log in and open Profile.
2. Find Delete account.
3. Read the warning and enter your password to confirm.
4. Confirm the deletion.

If one of the conditions above is not met, deletion is refused. If you see a "too many attempts" message, wait a while and try again later.

What happens after deletion

• It is immediate and irreversible. There is no grace period and no way to restore the account, its history or its level.
• You can no longer log in. Your sessions end.
• Your email is freed. You can use the same email to register a new account later. A new account starts from scratch — no history, no level, no bonuses carried over.
• Some records may be kept. Your account is closed and you can no longer log in; records required for accounting and security may be retained.

Alternatives to deleting

Deleting is the right choice if you are done with Sky Trade. If the real reason is something else, there may be a simpler fix:

• You want to stop trading for a while. Withdraw your balance and simply stop logging in. Nothing obliges you to trade.
• You are worried someone accessed your account. Reset your password and secure your email first — see account security.
• You cannot log in. Deletion needs a login. Start with login problems.
