Sky Trade is a web trading terminal for short-term "Higher / Lower" trades. You choose an instrument, a stake, an expiry time and a direction; if the price at expiry is beyond the entry price in your direction, you receive your stake back plus a fixed payout percentage, and if not, you lose the stake. This product type is often called digital or binary options. This page describes how the platform works and what we hold ourselves to.

What the platform offers

  • 59 instruments: 21 market forex pairs with real interbank quotes, and 38 OTC instruments, including crypto pairs and two synthetic indices.
  • Stakes from $1, expiries from 5 seconds to 4 hours (from 30 seconds on market pairs), up to 20 open trades at a time.
  • A full chart: 14 timeframes from S5 to D1, four chart types, 29 indicators and drawing tools.
  • A demo account with $10,000 in virtual money in every account, plus a guest demo without registration.
  • Crypto deposits — about 29 coins through the payment processor NOWPayments.
  • 24 interface languages, with amounts displayable in several currencies.

It runs in the browser on desktop and mobile; on a phone you can add it to the home screen as a web app.

Our principles

Honest maths. The payout is always below 100% of the stake, so you need to win more than half of your trades just to break even — at an 80% payout, 55.6%. We show this openly, in articles and in the profit calculator, rather than hiding it.

Server-side settlement. Trades are opened and closed by the server, at the server's price and time. The result is decided by the price at expiry, and every device shows the same chart. The payout percentage is shown before you open a trade and fixed once it's open.

OTC is labelled for what it is. Prices of OTC instruments are generated by Sky Trade's server with a random-walk model. They are available 24/7, but they are not quotes from any exchange or bank and do not follow the real market of the same name. That includes all crypto pairs and both indices. Read OTC explained for details.

Withdrawals are reviewed manually. Every withdrawal request is checked and paid by our team. We don't promise a processing time, and we don't call withdrawals instant.

You can't lose more than your stake. The maximum loss on a trade is the amount you put into it.

What we don't have

We'd rather you know this upfront:

  • No financial licence. Sky Trade is not licensed or supervised by a financial regulator. Fixed-payout short-term options are banned or restricted for retail clients in many countries, including the EU/EEA, the UK, the US and Australia. You are responsible for checking whether using such a service is legal where you live. See the risk disclosure.
  • No App Store or Google Play apps. Sky Trade works in the mobile browser and as a home-screen web app.
  • No two-factor authentication yet. Account security currently relies on your password and email; see account security for what we do protect and what you should do.
  • No bank-card deposits. Crypto only; the USDT guides explain how to get it.

Identity verification is currently not required; you confirm your email, which is needed for withdrawals.

How to contact us

The fastest way is the live chat in the Support section, available after you log in. It is answered by people, not auto-replies, and we usually reply within minutes. You can attach an image or PDF to explain an issue. See contacting support for what to include.

Trading involves a risk of losing capital. Prices can move against your position and you can lose the full amount of a trade. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.
