How withdrawals work on Sky Trade: requirements, limits, review

What you need to withdraw from Sky Trade, supported networks, limits, the new-address hold, request statuses, manual review and active bonus rules.

By Sky Trade editorial teamUpdated 4 min read

Withdrawals on Sky Trade are made in crypto from your real account. Each request is checked and paid by hand by the Sky Trade team, so there is no automatic payout and no promised processing time. What you can control is getting the request right the first time — this page shows how.

Before you can withdraw

  • Real account only. Demo money cannot be withdrawn.
  • Confirmed email. Open the confirmation link we sent at sign-up (it is valid for 24 hours; you can request a new one). See verification and KYC.
  • Your password. Every withdrawal request asks for your account password again, so a stolen session alone cannot move your money.

Supported networks

You can withdraw to:

  • USDT TRC-20, USDT ERC-20, USDT BEP-20
  • USDC (ERC-20)
  • BTC, ETH, BNB, TON

The address you enter is checked against the network format. That catches typos and obvious mismatches, but it cannot tell whether the receiving wallet or exchange actually supports that network — check that on the receiving side.

Step by step

  1. Open Wallet → Withdraw on your real account.
  2. Choose the network.
  3. Paste the receiving address. Copy it from your wallet or exchange rather than typing it.
  4. Enter the amount.
  5. Enter your password and submit.
  6. Watch the status in the wallet; you get a notification at every step.

Limits

LimitDefault
Per request$10 – $50,000
Pending requests at once3
Requests per day3
Total per day$20,000
Hold on a new address24 hours

These are default values and the administration can change them. More in minimum deposit and limits.

The 24-hour hold on new addresses

The first time you use a withdrawal address, it is held for 24 hours. This is a security measure: if someone got into your account and added their own address, you have time to notice and contact support. Using an address you have withdrawn to before avoids the wait.

Statuses

  • In progress — the request is created and the amount is reserved (deducted from your balance).
  • Approved — the team has accepted the request.
  • Paid — the transfer has been sent.
  • Rejected — the request was declined, with a reason, and the reserved amount is returned to your balance.

Manual review and priority

Every withdrawal is reviewed and paid manually. We do not publish a fixed processing time, and nothing on this page should be read as "within X hours". Requests from the Stratosphere level get priority in the review queue, and Orbit gets the highest priority — see levels and perks.

The administration can also pause withdrawals platform-wide or restrict an individual account. If your request is blocked in that way, contact support.

Active bonus rules

With an active bonus you can withdraw your balance minus the bonus. To withdraw more, you have to explicitly give up (forfeit) the bonus, which removes it from your balance. Details in bonuses and promo codes.

What helps a request go through smoothly

  • Choose the network your receiving wallet actually supports.
  • Double-check the address, especially the first and last characters.
  • Stay within the limits above.
  • Settle any active bonus question before you request.
  • Make a small first withdrawal to a new address so the hold and the route are tested on a small amount.

A withdrawal sent to a wrong address or an unsupported network may be impossible to recover. Sky Trade charges no withdrawal fee, but the blockchain network may charge its own.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Sky Trade withdrawal take?

Each request is reviewed and paid manually, and there is no promised processing time. A correct network and address, no active bonus issue and a known address (no 24-hour hold) remove the most common causes of delay.

What is the minimum withdrawal?

$10 per request by default, up to $50,000 per request and $20,000 per day.

Why was my withdrawal rejected?

The rejection comes with a reason, shown with the request. The reserved amount is returned to your balance, and you can contact support if the reason is unclear.

Can I withdraw to a bank card?

No. Withdrawals go to crypto addresses only. To get money to a bank account you would sell the crypto on an exchange, which has its own rules and verification.

Why do I need to enter my password again?

It protects your funds: even if someone had access to your logged-in session, they could not create a withdrawal without your password.

Does Sky Trade charge a withdrawal fee?

Sky Trade does not charge a withdrawal fee. The blockchain network may charge its own fee.
