How to deposit on Sky Trade with crypto, step by step

Deposits on Sky Trade are made in cryptocurrency through the payment processor NOWPayments. You choose a coin and network, the wallet shows you a unique address and an exact amount, you send it, and the balance is credited automatically after the blockchain confirms the transfer. Here is the whole process, plus the mistakes worth avoiding.

Step by step

1. Log in and switch to your Real account (deposits are not used on the demo account).
2. Open Wallet and choose Deposit.
3. Pick the coin and the network, for example USDT on BEP-20 or TRC-20.
4. Enter the amount. If you have a promo code, enter it in the Promo code field at this step.
5. Create the deposit. You will see a deposit address, the exact amount of the coin to send and a QR code. For XRP and XLM you will also see a memo/tag.
6. Send that exact amount from your wallet or exchange to that address, on that same network.
7. Wait for network confirmation. The deposit is credited automatically — usually within minutes, depending on the coin and how busy the network is.

Which coin and network to choose

Sky Trade accepts about 29 coins. USDT and USDC are each available on 8 networks. USDT works on BEP-20 (BNB Chain), TRC-20 (Tron), TON, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum One, Avalanche C-Chain and ERC-20 (Ethereum). Other options include BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, TON, TRX, LTC, XRP, DOGE and more.

A few practical tips:

• Stablecoins are simplest. USDT and USDC hold a value close to $1, so the amount you send is the amount you expect.
• Network fees differ. ERC-20 transfers can be expensive; BEP-20, TRC-20 and TON are often cheaper. The fee is set by the network and your exchange, not by Sky Trade.
• Check that your sending wallet supports the network. If your exchange can only withdraw USDT on TRC-20, choose TRC-20 on Sky Trade too.

Minimum and maximum amounts

Memo or tag for XRP and XLM

XRP and XLM deposits show a memo (also called a tag). You must include it when you send. Without it, the payment cannot be matched to your account automatically and will need manual review through support.

If you send too little

If you send less than the exact amount, only the amount received is credited. You can send the difference to the same address to complete the payment. Exchanges often deduct their withdrawal fee from the amount you enter, so check what actually leaves your account.

Wrong coin or wrong network

Sending a different coin, or the right coin on a different network, means there is no automatic credit. Contact support with the transaction hash and the deposit details, and the case will be reviewed manually. Be aware that funds sent on a wrong network may be unrecoverable — double-check before you press send.

Fees

Sky Trade charges no deposit fee. The blockchain network fee is paid by the sender, and if you send from an exchange, the exchange may charge its own fee as well. More in fees.

No bank cards

Promo codes and bonuses

A bonus from a promo code is credited after the deposit is fully paid and comes with a wagering requirement. Read bonuses and promo codes before you use one — a bonus is not free money.
